AcroYoga

Embark on a journey through airy hights and grounding depth.
Release your inner child and indulge into trust and cordial touch.

Disclaimer: AcroYoga can be very addictive!

Acrobatics + Yoga = AcroYoga

Partner acrobatics

You probably know acrobatics from the circus or from gymnastics. It’s impressive aesthetics often make it seem impossible. But actually it is more accessible than one might think.
The practice involves two or more people, with one person as the ‘base’, lifting, moving and supporting another person as a ‘flyer’.

Yoga

Yoga is a form of meditation in motion. It is a spiritual practice that uses mindful movement to facilitate presence and awareness. Read more about the connection between movement and spirituality here: When does movement become a spiritual practice?

AcroYoga

AcroYoga blends the physicality of acro with the mindfulness of Yoga. It also includes lunar, restorative practices like Flying Bodywork and Thai-Yoga-Massage. Not only does it combine different practices, most of all it connects people. Usually practiced in a group, it fosters playfulness, trust, empathy, cooperation, personal connection and community.

Who is AcroYoga for?

No matter your experience, age or fitness level. As long as you are able to do soft physical work, you are ready to fly!

Everyone can fly!

Upcoming classes and events

Currently there are no events scheduled because I am on a baby leave and focusing on a new career as a software developer @Teamfit.
