Hi, I am Mito, also known as the Flying Monkey.
My mission is spread love and enthusiasm for movement by bringing back joy and playfulness into “training”, so as many people as possible live their lives feeling vital, balanced and confident, experiencing each moment to the fullest.
For over a decade, I’ve been diving deep into the world of acrobatics, handstands, movement, and Thai-Yoga-Massage. Through this fulfilling journey of practice, study, and teaching, I have gathered a wealth of experience. Blend this with my innovative critical mind and a whole lot of movement creativity, and you’ll get a sense of my unique style!
